  • 1. How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

    We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry on weekdays.

  • 2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a printing manufacturer specializing in film packaging printing.

  • 3. What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce wet wipes packaging bags, food packaging bags, and various composite packaging materials.

  • 4. What are the main application areas of your products?

    Our products cover almost all fields, sanitary packaging materials, such as wet wipes packaging bags, sanitary napkin packaging bags, food packaging bags, daily necessities packaging bags, industrial packaging bags, etc.

  • 5. Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • 6. What is your company's production capacity?

    We have 2 new energy-saving and environmentally friendly printing machine production lines, including 2 fully automatic composite assembly lines and 2 splitting assembly lines, which can produce more than 500 tons of packaging film per year.

  • 7. How many employees do you have in your company, and how many of them are technicians?

    The company currently has more than 20 employees, including more than 10 professional technicians and more than 4 engineers.

  • 8. How does your company ensure product quality?

    First, we will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final finished products, we will do a 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
    We also have advanced and complete equipment in the industry, including an electronic axis high-speed printing machine, a solvent-free laminating machine, a high-speed splitting machine, and a high-speed bag-making machine, among others.

  • 9. What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you: FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually accept pay 30% advance payment first, and then pay the balance upon seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • 10. How are the goods delivered to customers?

    We usually ship by sea via Ningbo Port, which is only 260 kilometers from our location in Wenzhou. For urgent orders, air shipping is also available as the airport is nearby.

  • 11. Where do you mainly export your goods?

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries, including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.
